Exploring the Future of Air Conditioning: VRV–VRF Technology Training at SDM ITI Venur

Venur, June 2026: A campus interview and a training workshop on modern VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air-conditioning technologies were organized for the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade students of the 2026 batch at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara ITI, Venur, by Vikas Refrigeration Engineering. Bengaluru

Mr. Mohan Poojary, Manager of the company, and Engineer Mr. Ganesh conducted the recruitment process and the technical training workshop.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mohan Poojary stated that the demand for air-conditioning systems is increasing not only in urban areas but also in rural regions. He emphasized that there is a growing need for skilled RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) technicians and encouraged students to actively participate in training programs with discipline and practical knowledge to build a successful career.

VRV/VRF Engineer Mr. Ganesh provided comprehensive training on modern technologies such as inverter air conditioners, VRV and VRF systems, and air-conditioning equipment. The training covered their operation, efficiency, installation, servicing, and repair procedures.

The program was attended by the Principal of the institution, Mr. Vishweshwara Prasad K.R. Junior Training Officers Mr. Vinay Chandra Raj and Mr. Sathish organized the event.
