A campus recruitment drive was organized at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara ITI, Venur, for the 2026 batch students by Bengaluru-based Gagan Air Conditioners HVAC Solutions. The recruitment drive was conducted for students of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) trade.

The interview process was carried out by Ms. Jeevitha, Human Resources Manager, and Mr. Gangadhar Poojary from the company. A total of 86 trained students from the RAC trade participated in the campus interview.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gangadhar Poojary stated that there is a growing demand for technically skilled youth in the HVAC and Air Conditioning industry. He emphasized that students who possess practical knowledge, technical competence, and professional discipline have excellent employment opportunities in the sector.

The programme was attended by Mr. Vishweshwara Prasad K. R., Principal of the institution. The campus recruitment drive was coordinated by Placement Officer Mr. Shreyas Jain, with support from Mr. Vinaya Chandra Raj and Mr. Sathish.
