Welding Trade
The Welding Trade provides multirange practical training in major welding processes used in fabrication, construction, automobile, shipbuilding, and manufacturing industries. The course is designed to develop skilled welders capable of producing strong, high-quality welds as per industry standards.
Course Covers
- Gas Welding (Oxy-Acetylene Welding) – Joining and cutting metals using oxygen and acetylene flame
- Arc Welding (SMAW) – Metal joining using electric arc and coated electrodes
- MIG Welding (GMAW) – High-speed welding using continuous wire feed and shielding gas
- TIG Welding (GTAW) – Precision welding using tungsten electrode for high-quality finishes
- Spot Welding (Resistance Welding) – Fast and efficient sheet metal welding for mass production
