Laksha Deepothsava Exhibition

Our trainees actively develop innovative working models and showcase their creativity and technical skills through various exhibitions. One such achievement was the presentation of their project models at the State Level Exhibition held during the Dharmasthala Laksha Deepothsava. The models received appreciation for their practical design, functionality, and educational value. Participating in such prestigious events gives students valuable exposure, confidence, and real-world experience. These initiatives greatly strengthen the trainees’ practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. It also reflects the institute’s strong commitment to hands-on learning, innovation, and industry-ready skill development.

Air Conditioner Trainer

As part of hands-on practical training in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) trainees successfully designed and developed an Air Conditioning Trainer as a project work. The actual market cost of a similar trainer is approximately ₹1,50,000, but our students fabricated this equipment at a cost of only ₹40,000. This achievement highlights the trainees’ strong technical knowledge, creativity, and practical engineering skills. Through such innovative projects, students gain real industry-oriented experience and confidence in designing and assembling refrigeration systems. The project reflects the institute’s commitment to skill development, practical learning, and cost-effective innovation.

Window Ac Trainer

Window AC Trainer

The Window Air Conditioner Trainer was designed and developed by our trainees as part of their practical project work in the RAC lab. This trainer helps students easily understand the working principles of window AC systems and the function of various electrical components. It provides hands-on experience in electrical component testing, troubleshooting, and fault finding in air conditioning systems. Through this trainer, trainees can practically learn circuit connections, component identification, and system diagnostics. The project enhances students’ technical knowledge, confidence, and problem-solving skills. Such innovative projects reflect our institute’s focus on practical learning and industry-ready skill development.

Water Cooler

Our R & AC Technician trainees successfully fabricated a Storage Type Water Cooler with a Stainless Steel (SS) body as part of their practical project work. The project involved complete fabrication skills including marking, cutting, bending, welding, and assembly, giving students valuable hands-on experience. Through this project, trainees demonstrated excellent workmanship and technical skills, producing a final output comparable to professional industry standards. The approximate market cost of a similar water cooler is around ₹92,000, but our students successfully completed this project at a cost of only ₹42,000. This achievement highlights their creativity, precision, and cost-effective engineering abilities. Such projects strengthen practical knowledge and prepare students for real-world industrial applications.
