The institute takes pride in having a full-fledged Placement Cell, dedicated to supporting the employment opportunities of trained youth. Being one of the first ITIs in its cadre to establish such a facility, the Placement Cell actively bridges the gap between skilled trainees and leading industries.
Every year, the institute organizes campus recruitment drives with renowned multinational and leading companies such as Toyota, Bosch, Schneider Electric, Volvo, Tata Group, Larsen & Toubro, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor Company, Voltas, TVS Motor Company, Hero MotoCorp and many more reputed organizations.
To ensure that students are well prepared for these opportunities, the Placement Cell provides preliminary placement training, including guidance on preparing professional CVs, interview-facing skills, answering techniques, written test preparation, and soft skills development. These initiatives help students build confidence and become industry-ready.

Tie- Up with Industries
The institute has established strong associations with renowned industries, serving as a model for collaboration between technical institutions and the industrial sector. To enhance training quality and align it with industry requirements, the institute has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with leading companies such as Toyota, Schneider Electric, Bosch, Tata Group, and Bhavani Industries.
Through these partnerships, the companies support the institute in upgrading infrastructure and improving training standards to meet modern industrial requirements. As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, several companies have established standard laboratory setups within the institute, helping to enhance the quality of practical training.
These industry partners also provide excellent placement opportunities to students through campus recruitment drives. In addition, the faculty members of the institute are given opportunities to undergo training at the companies’ plants, enabling them to upgrade their technical knowledge and teaching expertise.
Furthermore, the companies facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) for students, allowing them to gain real-world industrial exposure and practical experience. Such collaborations ensure that our trainees are well prepared to meet the expectations of modern industries and succeed in their careers.
Schnider Elrctric
Under MOU with Schnider Elrctric, Banglore we have received Electrical machineries, Panel boards, Solar panels, Solar powered pumps ect worth of Rs 18,30,000=00 for upgradation of Electrical workshop. Electrical consumables of worth Rs 1,48,399=00 and trainees tool kit (50 Nos) of worth Rs 50,000.
TATA Motors
TATA motors have given Engines, Gear boxes, Power steering units, Cooling systems etc. and providing required training for faculties of automobile trades.
Providing shop floor training to trainees.
TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR MOTORS PVT LTD
Provided an exclusive workshop with latest engines, transmission systems, electrical trainers, latest hand tools etc. Special training is provided to faculties of Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade. Providing shop floor training for trainees and conducting career day every year for selection of trainees.
BOSCH
An Exclusive training center with latest Electronics equipment, hand tools, furniture, a Solar power plant of 5KVA provided by BOSCH. Faculty development programme was conducted. Conducting campus selection for recruitment every year.
